How to Maximize your Strengths to Achieve your Goals
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
As we begin a new year, many of us are motivated to set new goals whether it is to make more money, buy a new home, get a new job, lose weight, start a new business, and the list goes on. While it is critical to set specific, measurable, attainable, realistic and timely goals, it is also important to identify and leverage our innate strengths to help us get through the challenging times and in those moments that we are ready to give up.
In this episode I share 5 principles of goal setting based on goal setting theory as well as ideas on ways to maximize your strengths to stay focused and successfully achieve your goals.
